Last step and tip, take care not to buy expensive and unnecessary equipment first. Only get the bare essentials when you start out. This way you save money and can gradually add on more equipment as you become better with your routine and want to expand it’s repertoire. If you can, get free-weights first for weights work outs. Those barbells take up very little space and can be upgraded to weight bars or specialized machines down the road.

Ok so the New Year has arrived and you’ve made a resolution to get into shape. You want to get a six-pack or well sculpted body. And that means working out at the gym.
